This conveyance is made in consideration of Grantee's representation and covenant that responsibility for drainage conveyance and discharge into Grantor's primary drainage system and issuance of a permit therefor by Grantor. Should Grantee fail to provide adequate drainage to the property conveyed hereby, then title to such property shall revert to Grantor.
