This lease renewal entered into this 5th day of December , 2017. The Board of
County Commissioner of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Kevin Harwood,
"Tenant" do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement dated December 20, 2016. The term
of the lease is for (1) one year. The term commences on January 1, 2018 and terminates on
December 31, 2018.
The total annual rent of ($7,800.00) Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars is payable at the
rate of $650.00 per month payable in advance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have executed this renewal agreement to
Lease effective the Commencement Date of January 1, 2018.
