A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS AS
DEPICTED ON THE PLAT OF CROSS CREEK
LAKE ESTATES PLAT TWO, RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 26, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat Two, located immediately
south of Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat One and is north of C.R. 510, south of
Barber Street, west of 70th Avenue within the City of Sebastian and consists of
thirty lots; a copy of the recorded plat is attached to this resolution and
incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, water and sewer services to this development are provided
by Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, the plat of Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat Two:
(1) Dedicates to both Indian River County and the City of Sebastian
perpetual 10 -foot wide utility easements for the construction,
installation, maintenance and operation of public utilities, and
(2) Dedicates to Indian River County perpetual 15 -foot wide utility
easements on Lots 3 and 4 (combined width of 30 feet) for the
construction, installation, ownership, maintenance and operation of
potable water lines; and

WHEREAS, on the face of the plat there are no acceptances of the above
recited dedications by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
1. The dedication of utility easements all as shown on the face of the plat
of Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book 26,
Page 74 of the public records of Indian River County, Florida are
hereby expressly and formally accepted for the purposes set forth in
said plat; and
2. This resolution shall be recorded in the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida, and as soon as recorded, the Clerk of Court is
instructed to make a notation of the face of the plat of Cross Creek
Lake Estates Plat Two referencing the book and page of this
resolution.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and
the motion was seconded by Commissioner Fl esher , and, upon being put to a
vote, the vote was as follows:
