Dear Mr. Burke:
In accordance with Section II of Attachment A to the Professional Services Agreement Between Indian
River County, Florida and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., for a Comprehensive Water, Wastewater
and Reclaimed Water Rate Study, dated July 18, 2017, and pursuant to circumstances beyond the control
of the Consultant, this Change Order No. 1 is to provide an adjustment of an additional one hundred and
fifty (150) days to the Time of Performance.
The return of one signed copy of this Change Order No. 1 shall serve as Approval for the extension of the
Time of Performance to Additional Services.
