THIS DEED, made this 3rd day of April , 2018, by INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first
part, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
and OCEAN TRAIL, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, party of the
second part, whose mailing address is 3333 Richmond Road, Suite 101,
Beachwood, Ohio 44122.
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid by the party
of the second part, receipt whereof is here -by acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the party of the second part, its heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land lying and being in Indian River County,
Florida:
THE WEST 20.00 FEET OF HIDEAWAY COVE SUBDIVISION
LYING EAST OF STATE ROAD A -i -A HIGHWAY, ACCORDING
TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 10, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS BEING THE WEST 20.00 FEET OF LOT
20, KANSAS CITY COLONY SUBDIVISION LYING EAST OF
STATE ROAD A -1-A, PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (NOW BEING INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY), FLORIDA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners,
acting by the Chairman of said Board, the day and year aforesaid.
