RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - 043
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENTS OR PORTIONS THEREOF ON LOT 1,
SUNSET POINT SUBDIVISION (A.K.A. SUNSET LAGOON)
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage easements on Lot 1 of Sunset Point
Subdivision (a.k.a. Sunset Lagoon); and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easements or portions thereof, as described below, serve no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easements:
the south fifteen (1 S) foot drainage easement, the west fifteen (1 S) foot drainage easement, and
the south five (5) feet of the north fifteen (I5) foot drainage easement of Lot 1, Sunset Point Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, . Page 20 of the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida.
This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Fl PschPr , seconded by
Commissioner Zorc , and adopted on the 1st day of
may 2018, by the following vote:
