supersedes the expired ABN Pricing Schedule N'o. SIMP34509 on the Term Start Date, set forth below. The Parties acknowledge the intent of
this Arrangement'is to provide Customer rates for services provided under the. expired ABN Pricing Schedule for the Term of this Arrangement;
therefore, the Parties agree, the terms and conditions of the expired ABN Pricing Schedule are incorporated by reference herein as if originally
set forth herein and govern this Arrangement. This Short Term Arrangement cannot be extended or renewed.
