HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-073RESOLUTION NO. 95-73 INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA INGRESS - EGRESS EASEMENT County has an easement as described WIMMEAs, the retention of this easement, except for the eastern 25 feet of said easement, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: .--This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a Political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Andrew W. Edmonds, his successors in interest, heirs and assigns, _ whose mailing address is c/o William J. Stewart, Esq., P.O. Box 3345, Vero Beach, Florida 32964, Grantee, as follows: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in that portion of an ingress and egress easement described as follows: the north 40 feet, less and except the east 25 feet (of the north 40 feet), of the following described parcel of land: the west 165 feet of the east 895 feet of Tract 10, Section 2, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, as recorded in O.R. Book 728, Page 1685 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, less road right-of-way, said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. Said marginal access easement measured perpendicular and having its north line coincident with the south right-of-way line of State Road 60.
