RELEASE
Indian River County hereby releases and forever discharges St. Christopher's Harbor Homeowner's Association, Inc.,
their heirs, executors, administrators, agents, consultants, contractors, officers, employees, and assigns, and all other
persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed liable, none of whom admit any liability to the
undersigned but all expressly deny any liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action
or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and particularly on account of all injuries, known and unknown, both to
person and property, which have resulted or may in the future develop relating to the Agreement for Dredging and
Improvement of Green Salt Marsh Conservation Area (AKA Head Island) (the "Agreement") and the contract between
Indian River County and CO Services, LLC, referenced in the Agreement.
St. Christopher's Harbor Homeowner's Association, Inc. hereby releases and forever discharges Indian River County,
a political subdivision, and the Board of County Commissioners, their heirs, executors, administrators, agents,
consultants, contractors, officers, employees, and assigns, and all other persons, fines or corporations liable or who
might be claimed liable, none of whom admit arty liability to the undersigned but all expressly deny any liability, from
arty and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of arty kind or nature whatsoever, and
particularly on account of all injuries, known and unknown, both to person and property, which have resulted or may
in the future develop relating to the Agreement for Dredging and Improvement of Green Salt Marsh Conservation
Area (AKA Head Island) (the "Agreement") and the contract between Indian River County and CO Services, LLC,
referenced in the Agreement.
Undersigned hereby declare that the terms of this release have been completely read and are fully understood including
the right to retain counsel to review this agreement. The undersigned knowingly and voluntarily accept and agree to
abide by the terms of this release, for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement
of any and all claims, disputed or otherwise, on account of the injuries and damages above mentioned, and for the
express purpose of precluding forever any further or additional claims arising out of or related to the Agreement and
the contract between Indian River County and CO Services, LLC, referenced in the Agreement.
Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive any insurance company or self-insurance
program files a statement of claim containing any false, incomplete or misleading information is guilty of a felony of
the third degree.
