15. SPECIAL DISTRICTS AND BOARDS
B. Solid Waste Disposal District
The Board reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal
District. Along With: Commissioner Zorc, Chairman O'Bryan had an excused:
absence; thus, Vice Chairman Solari presided over the meeting. The minutes will be
approved at. an upcoming Solid Waste Disposal District meeting.
1:5.6.1..18=1878 CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 116 CDM:Smith, Inc. for Engineering
Services with the 2018 Water Quality Technical' Report
Recommended Action:
SWDD staff.recommends that its Board approve the following: a) Approve.
CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 1 with CDM.Smith, Iris. in the amount of
$31,660 to provide engineering services related to the 2018 Water Quality
. _ Technical .Report; and, b) Authorize the Chairman to execute the same, as
presented.

A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher,:seconded by Commissioner
Adams, to approve staffs; recommendation. The motion carried. by the following
vote:
Aye: 3,- Vice Chairman Solari,, Commissioner Adams, and Commissioner Flescher.
Absent: 2 - Chairman O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc
C. Environmental Control Board.
16. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Vice Chairman adjourned the meeting at 10:15
a.m. .
