BILL OF SALE OF ABANDONED UTILITY FACILITIES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, the address of which is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach,
Florida 32960, hereinafter called GRANTOR, in consideration of value received, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has and does hereby release, abandon, sell,
transfer, and deliver unto GRBK GHO SUMMER LAKE, LLC, a Florida limited liability
company, whose address is 590 NW Mercantile Place, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986,
hereinafter called GRANTEE, this 6th day of November, 2018, the following utility facilities
identified in the attached Exhibit "A", which utility facilities (consisting of a sanitary sewer
manhole and associated piping) are located within an existing private easement (easement
recorded in Book 2166, Page 195 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida) and
lying within Lot 32 of Quail Creek PD (Plat Book 20, Page 13 of the Public Records of Indian
River County, Florida). Said utility facilities having been previously dedicated under a Bill of
Sale of Utility Facilities recorded in Book 2533, Page 571 of the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida to GRANTOR as a part of the utility facilities of Quail Creek PD.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEE forever, and GRANTOR hereby
acknowledges to GRANTEE that said utility facilities identified in the attached Exhibit "A" are
inactive, not in use and have been abandoned by GRANTOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year first
above written.
