Said utility facilities having been previously dedicated under a Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities recorded in Book 2533, Page 571 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida to GRANTOR as a part of the utility facilities of Quail Creek PD. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEE forever, and GRANTOR hereby acknowledges to GRANTEE that said utility facilities identified in the attached Exhibit "A" are inactive, not in use and have been abandoned by GRANTOR.
