EQUIPMENT STORAGE AGREEMENT
THIS EQUIPMENT STORAGE AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), dated as of this1 -7 day of

The below described Equipment is hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment" and is defined to include the trailers
described below, their content and attachments.
It is acknowledged by all parties to agree to the following:
➢ Storage Rental: Indian River County hereby leases to Premier Global Production Co., Inc. and Premier
Global Production Co., Inc. hereby rents from Indian River County, storage space for the Equipment
described below. Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall park the trailers in the areas designated by
Indian River County Parks Staff. Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall take whatever precautions
which they deem necessary and prudent to protect their equipment from damage, and Indian River
County shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage caused thereby.
Storage Rate: Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall pay to Indian River County $ 100.00 per month
for each trailer stored on the Fairgrounds property. The Storage Rate is taxable. Indian River County
retains the right to change the Storage Rate at its sole discretion. Payment of all invoices related to the
Storage Rate are due upon receipt by Premier Global Production Co., Inc. and all accounts must be paid
by Premier Global Production Co., Inc. in full before the Equipment may be removed from the
Fairgrounds premises.
➢ Term: This Agreement is for a term of ONE (1) month beginning with the month and date
stated on the front of this Agreement
➢ Insurance Requirement: Premier Global Production Co., Inc. storage of the Equipment shall be at
their sole risk. Premier Global Production Co., Inc. shall at all times maintain adequate insurance
on the Equipment and shall take any and all necessary precautions to secure the Equipment
while stored on Indian River County Property. Premier Global Production Co., Inc. acknowledges it
is Owner's responsibility to obtain reimbursement for all insurance claims.
➢ WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: PREMIER GLOBAL PRODUCTION CO. INC.
STORAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT SHALL BEAT THEIR SOLE RISK. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ITS EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO
PREMIER GLOBAL PRODUCTION CO. INC. FOR THEFT, DAMAGE OR VANDALISM OF THE
EQUIPMENT OR ITS CONTENTS WHILE IN STORAGE. PREMIER GLOBAL PRODUCTION CO. INC.
HEREBY HOLDS INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ITS EMPLOYEES
AND OFFICERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIES INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, ITS EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR
CAUSES OF ACTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT. PREMIER GLOBAL
PRODUCTION CO. INC. AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIES INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ITS EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS FROM ANY AND ALL
LOSSES, DAMAGES, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR
INJURIES TO ANY PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM THE STORAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT;
AND PREMIER GLOBAL PRODUCTION CO. INC. HEREBY AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND
INDEMNIFY INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ITS EMPLOYEES AND
OFFICERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION OR
LIABILITIES TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY BY REASON OF ANY ACT OR FAILURE TO ACT ON THE
PART OF OWNER, HIS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, INVITEE OR GUESTS IN THE USE OR STORAGE OF
THE EQUIPMENT.
