CORRECTIVE
COUNTY DEED
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
THIS CORRECTIVE DEED, made this 2othday of September, 2016, by
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960, party of the first
part, and JOSE ZAMARRIPA, whose mailing address is 9355 128TH Ct., Fellsmere,
Florida 32948, party of the second part.
GRANTEE conveyed a parcel to GRANTOR, by County Deed recorded in O.R.
Book 2962, Page 179, of the public records of Indian River County, Florida.
1. In said instrument the legal description had a scrivener's error in the Lot and
Block numbers.
2. In order to correct the scrivener's error and set forth the true and correct legal
description as written below GRANTEE makes and executes this Corrective
Deed.
Lot 16, Block 3, TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION,according
to the Plat filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book
4, Page 941/2, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners,
acting by the Chairman of said Board,the day and year aforesaid.
