RESOLUTION NO. 95- 116
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 FOR CERTAIN
NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County
has held the necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has
considered all expenditures set forth in the budgets, and now determines
that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the citizens of Indian
River County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of
County Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following
funds:
Housing Authority Fund $ 95,732
Other Debt Service Fund $ 1,384,983
Capital Projects $ 7,744,114
Other Special Revenue Funds $14,738,982
Enterprise Funds $28,649,153
Internal Services $ 2,262,165
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bird ,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert_, and, upon being
put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye
Vice Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye
Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye
Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye
Commissioner John W. Tippin Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted
this 14 day of September 1995.
