the civil penalty associated with case number 516-14 and a Notice of Lien for Environmental
Fine recorded in O. R. Book 2762, Pages 215-218 Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida:
LOT 12, BLOCK 85, SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS SUB UNIT 02,
recorded in Plat Book 5, at Pages 34-37, of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
