HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-011L_ R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, under Chapter 57.1412, Special Acts of 1957, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, was duly authorized and empowered by Resolution adopted without publication, to vacate and abandon and relinquish and disclaim the rights of the public acquired by dedication or otherwise, any and all rights of ways, easements, or alleys either conveyed to the said - county or dedicated by plat or deed recorded in said county, and WHEREAS, FRANK L. ZORC and GWENDOLYN ZORC, his wife, as the fee simple title owners, having duly petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, to vacate and abandon a five foot public utility and drainage easement on the rear lot lines of the following described property situate in Indian River County, Florida, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4_6, and 7 of Sun Acres, a sub -division in Indian Riverr,County, Florida, as shown in Plat Book 5, Page 54, Indian -River County Records. and WHEREAS, it appears that no notice thereof is necessary and that the rights of adjacent parties will not be affected by the said abandonment and that the said easement is not required for public use or public purpose, BE 1T, THEREFORE, RESOLVED by .the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the five foot public utility and drainage easement on the rear lot lines of the following described property, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 of Sun Acres, a Sub -division in Indian River County, Florida, as shown in Plat Book 5, Page 54, Indian River County Records. ..
