ERCEEDTNO $60,000.000 SINGLE FAMILY MORTOAGR .
REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1991E (MULTI -COUNTY
PROGRAM). PURSUANT TO SECTION 147(f) OF TRIM
INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1988, AS AMENDED;
AND.PROVIDINO AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 147(0 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended
(hereinafter referred to as the "Code") requlres public approval of cerlNn private
activity bonds by an applicable elected representative or governmental unit fo17it ng a
public heating and the Board of County Commissioners of Indian Illver County,
Florida (the "Board"), constitutes an applicable elected representative or governmental
unit: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 147(0 of the Code a public hearing was
scheduled before the Board for December 20, 1994 (tile "Public i icarhig" ), and notice
of such Public Hearing has been given In We form required by the Code: and

required by Section 147(0 of the Code:

COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. FLORIDA:
