Hens for taxes, delinquent or current, against the property described in
O.R. Book 983, Page 478, which was recently acquired by Indian River
County for right of way purposes on 129th Street, are hereby cancelled,
pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht ,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being
put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Richard N. Bird Absent
Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye
Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye
Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye
Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and
day of March , 1993.
