BARTON c CLERK CIRCUIT COURT tai Lj i REEOLUTION NO. 93-56 INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA S - xti A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING ? «" F{ THE SPECIAL ASS ESSNiNTS IN CONNECTION WITH A NATER MAIN EXTENSION TO PINEWOOD ESTATES (34TH AVENUE), AND J co " PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO EE MADE OF .� p ' RECORD. tV m o - WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by Resolution No. 93-31, adopted February 9, 1993, determined to N pp� make special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension of the County to Pinewood Estates (34th Avenue) ; , and =C ` V WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be _. 0 paid; and _ WHEREAS, the resolution was published on February 15, 1993, as required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Resolution No. 93-32, on February 9, 1993, which set a time and place for the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons to have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special assessments; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was advertised for Tuesday, March 9, 1993, for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River County Code; and WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, February 12, 1993, and Friday, February 19, 1993 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior to the first hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and WHEREAS, the property owners were able to be heard twice with respect to the referenced project; i.e., once at the Board of County Commissioners' Tuesday, March 2, 1993, meeting and once again at the advertised public hearing on Tuesday, March 9, 1993, The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Marht , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Fart , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Richard N. Bird Absent Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye Commissioner Carolyn. K. Eggert Aye Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye Commissioner Kenneth R.
