NOW, THEREFORE', 31 IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF
COUNTY coWSSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER, COUNTY, FLORIDA, is
strongly opposed to the, incafrporatten of ELMS III Report Roe ummendati00
R-35 into house Bill (PCB -CA 83-01) and Senate Bill 1168; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THI BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, endorses the
optional alternative process for amendment of adopted comprehensive plans as
provided for by the legislature in Chapter 82-128, Laws of Florida.
