SERVICES BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ("OWNER") AND HINTERLAND GROUP, INC.
("CONTRACTOR")
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT for Lift Station Rehabilitation Services ("First Amendment") is entered into this
17th day of September, 2019, by and between OWNER and CONTRACTOR.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, On June 4, 2019, OWNER and CONTRACTOR entered into the Continuing Contract
Agreement for Lift Station Rehabilitation (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to amend Exhibit 1 to include additional items of
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein, and other good and
valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
Exhibit 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to include the following items of work and pricing:
