RELEASE OF LIEN
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of certain sums paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, whose address is 1801 27th
Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereby releases Cecial Clark and the
current property owner (Nicole Knowles) and the below described property
from that certain Lien for removal of nuisance structure recorded in Book 2556,
Page 653 as well as that certain Certificate of Building Official, recorded in Book
2506, Page 253, and Resolution No. 2011-057, recorded in Book 2549, Page
870, all of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida:
Lot 17, Block 2, Smith Plaza, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 18 of the
Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
Parcel No. 32-39-22-00007-0020-00017.0
