RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 091 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING PORTIONS OF CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1,2,AND 5 OF WINDSOR PLAT 9 PD SUBDIVISION (OF BLOCK 28) WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in conservation easements on Lots 1, 2 and 5 of Windsor Plat 9 PD Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Windsor Properties, owner of Lots I and 2 and representing property owner, Sally A. Murphy, of Lot 5, has made application to Indian River County requesting that the County partially release the easements; and WHEREAS,the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement portions: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A This resolution is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 8th day of October , 2019, by the following vote: Chairman Bob Solari AYE Vice-Chairman Susan Adams AYE Commissioner Joseph E.
