COMMISSIONER ZORC: There's nobody recording.
CHAIRMAN ADAMS: There we go. All right. At
this time I'm going to make an announcement that the
attorney-client session will commence regarding settlement
negotiations and/or strategies sessions related to
litigation expenditures and the litigation of Indian River
County v. Twenty -Two Beachfront Properties located Between
And Including 9586 Doubloon Drive and but not including
1820 Wabasso Beach Road, Vero Beach, Florida 32963,
pending in the circuit court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for Indian River County, Florida, Case No.:
312018CA000881.
It is estimated that the attorney-client session
will last 45 minutes and will held in the county
commissioners' conference room located on the second floor
of this building. Attending the attorney-client session
will be Commissioners Joseph E. Flescher, Vice Chairman.
Tim Zorc, Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and me, Susan
Adams, Chairman; also present will be county attorney
Dylan Reingold, county administer Jason E. Brown, and a
