A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN
EASEMENT (OR PORTION THEREOF) ON LOT 49, COPELAND'S LANDING
SUBDIVISION PHASE II
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lot 49 of Copeland's
Landing Subdivision Phase II; and
WHEREAS, Victor & Janis C. Ramos, the owners of the property, have made application to Indian
River County requesting that the County release the easement, or portion thereof; and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement:
The east nine (9) feet of the thirty-one (31) foot rear yard drainage easement on Lot 49, Copeland's
Landing Subdivision Phase II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 80 of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by
Commissioner Zorc , and adopted on the 14 day of July , 2020,
by the following vote:

Vice -Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE
Commissioner Bob Solari AYE
Commissioner Peter O'Bryan AYE
Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE
