Aieo.) 7/2/93(legal)Vk/bC S y4- i S } RESOLUTION NO. 93- 122 f A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR WASTEWATER FORCE NAIN EXTENSION TO 102ND1 TERRACE AND 99TH WAY/ PROVIDING THE TOTAL ° t ESTIMATED COST, METHOD OF PAYMENT OF ABBZSSMZNTB, ' NUMBER OF AMiUAL INSTALLMENTS, AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION gr{ OF THE AREA SPECIFICALLY SERVED. =z r, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County �u has determined that the improvements herein described are necessary to promote the public welfare of the county and has determined to defray I� the cost thereof by special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a wastewater force main extension to 102nd Terrace and 99th �r Way, hereinafter referred to as Project No. US -92 -36 -DS; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIBBIONER8 OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: 1. The County does hereby determine that a wastewater force main extension shall be installed to provide service for 10 properties, which are located generally as described above, and the cost - thereof shall be specially assessed in accordance with the provisions of Sections 206.01 through 206.09 of the Code of Indian River County. 2. The total estimated project assessment cost of the above-described improvements is shown to be $106,854.00 or $0.044385 per square foot to be paid by the property specially benefited as shown on the assessment plat on file with the Department of Utility Services. 3. A special assessment in the amount of $0.044385 per square foot shall be assessed against each of the properties designated on the assessment plat. This assessment may be raised or lowered liy action of the Board of County Commissioners after the public hearing, at the same meeting, as required by the referenced County Code. 4. The special assessments shall be due and payable and may be paid in full within 90 days after the date of the resolution of the Board with respect to credits against the special assessments after completion of the improvements (the "Credit Date") without interest. 7. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the Indian River County Utility Services Department shall cause this resolution (along with a map showing the areas to be served) to be published at least one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal before the public hearing required by Section 206.04. The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Richard N.
