THIS TERMINATIO OF STREET LIGHTING AGREEMENT ("Termination") is entered
into as of the 16-' day of,)�, 2020 by and between Indian River County, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, whose address is
1801 271" Street, Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County", and Glendale Industrial Park,
Inc., a Florida For Profit Corporation, whose address is 680 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, FL 32962,
hereinafter referred to as "Association":
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1990, Association executed a Street Lighting Agreement for the purpose
of obtaining the necessary energy and street lighting systems from the City of Vero Beach for lighting
described as follows:
Six (6) 100 watt high pressure luminaries to be located along 8" Court.
WHEREAS, FPL has taken over the City of Vero Beach electric utility; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to terminate the Street Lighting Agreement so that the Association
can directly contract such services with FPL,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein stated and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree,
as follows:
1. Recitals. The above recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein.
2. Termination of Street Lighting Agreement. The Street Lighting Agreement shall terminate on
September 30, 2020.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this agreement to be duly executed at Vero
Beach on the date set forth above.
