COUNTY DEED
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
This County Deed, made this 1st day of September , 2020, between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27'h Street, Vero Beach,
Florida, 32960, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and ANTHONY BRUCE and CYNTHIA BRUCE, his
wife, whose address is 12455 Roseland Road, Sebastian, Florida 32958, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and
other good and valuable considerations to said Grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:

REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to all restrictions, easements, covenants, rights of way and reservations of record, if any, but this
provision shall not operate to reimpose the same.
CONDITIONS: This County Deed is given upon the condition that all terms and provisions of that certain
Easement between Anthony Bruce and Cynthia Bruce and certain other individuals as named in such Easement
recorded in OR Book , Page , public records of Indian River County, Florida remain in full force
and effect, and the property is unified with the property owned by Grantee located at 12455 Roseland Road,
Sebastian, Florida 32958.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set Grantor's hand and seal the day
