32900, and Lizabeth 13�2t-.tCAI-RCr Id. Lis i-rustee of the Lizabeth Becton Revocable Trust,
("Trustee') whose address is 76 13th Avenue South, Naples, FL, 34102
V1ITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the P :oies entered into an Agreement for Access and Sand
RenOLirishment on Juiy 1 , 2020; and

WHEREAS, the parties s seek to amend the Agreement to extend the notification
date due to the Board's 111r;t�ting schodu(e; and
NOVV THEREFOi L., iii c0nsideration of the mutual covenants contained in this
Amendment, the County and Trusted agree as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct -
2. Paragraph 4 cFf tine Agreement is hereby amended to give the County until
Sopternber 24, 2020 to Cancel this Agreement.
3. The rest of the Agreement remains unchanged.
