This lease renewal entered into this 15th day of September , 2020, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Nick Pappas & Ember
Pappas "Tenant" do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement dated March 17th, 2020.
The renewal term of the lease is for (6) six months. The term commences on September 1,
2020 and terminates on March 1, 2021.
The total rent of ($3,600.00) Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars is payable at the rate of
$600.00 per month payable in advance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have executed this renewal agreement to
Lease effective the Commencement Date of September 1, 2020.
