This lease renewal entered into this 13th day of October , 2020, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Paul Edward
Thompson & Rennie Sue Thompson "Tenant' do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement
dated October 28, 2019. The renewal term of the lease is for (4) four months. The term
commences on October 29, 2020 and terminates on March 1, 2021.
The total rent of ($4.00) Four Dollars is payable at the rate of $1.00 per month payable in
advance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have executed this renewal agreement to
Lease effective the Commencement Date of October 29, 2020.
