FLP INDIAN RIVER COUNTY A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT NO - 3, LOTS 11, 12 & 13, BLOCK G, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, and WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Joseph.J. King, Jr., Grantee, his successors, in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 650463, Vero Beach, Florida 32965-0463, as follow: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: the common five (5) side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 11, 12 & 13, Block G, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit No. 3, being the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 11, and the easterly and the westerly five (5) feet of Lot 12, and the westerly five (5) feet of Lot 13, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner Bowman , and adopted on the 3 day of November , 1992, by the following vote: Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye Commissioner Richard N. Bird Ae Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman oe Commissioner Don C.
