STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 12th day of November , 2020, between the
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT, an independent special district created
by the Legislature of the State of Florida, whose address is 3730 7th Terrace, Suite 204-B, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, GRANTOR, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of
the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH: That GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars other
good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the GRANTEE, and GRANTEE'S
successors and assigns forever, the following described right-of-way, situate, lying, and being in
Indian River County, Florida, including the drainage infrastructure located within the right-of-
way, along with the maintenance thereof, with the ultimate treatment of the drainage from the
right-of-way remaining the responsibility of the Indian River County Hospital District:
361 Street right-of-way, known as Indian River Memorial Hospital Access
Road, as platted in Plat Book 10, Page 42 of the Public Records of Indian
River County, Florida, attached hereto.
AND GRANTOR does hereby fully warrant the title to the land described herein and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Indian River County Hospital District, has caused these
