QUIT -CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 18th day of December, 2020, by INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("Grantor") to JAMES W. STEIL, INC., a Florida
corporation, whose mailing address is P. O, Box 2707, Vero Beach FL 32961-2707
("Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid by
Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby quit -claim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
