CHANGE ORDER #1 to TASK ORDER #3
Thisfirst Change. Order to Task Order No. 3 for Strategic Planning/ CARES Act & federal Assistance
Services for the COVID-19 Pandemic ("Task Order") is effective as of January 6, 2021, between Indian
River Countv.(''Client") and Witt O'Brien's, LLC ("Consultant?').
WHEREAS, Task Order No. 3 was executed onAugust 7, 2020 in support of'the Professional Services
Agreement ("Agreement"), dated'August 29.201;9'., and;
WHEREAS, the Client selected the Consultant to provide Services, as defined in the proposal
("Proposal") dated July 15,.2020:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, and
for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged,.
Client.and Consultant hereby agree as follows:
1. Parties mutually agree to increase the-notto exceed amount of the Task Order'frons $50,000 to
$100.000-
2. Other Terms and Conditions: All other terms and conditions of the basic Agreement
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto, by their duly authorized representatives, execute this
Task Order to be effective as of the date set forth above.
