A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS TO 85TH AVENUE AND 85TH
COURT IN PARADISE PARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-62 providing for certain
paving and drainage improvements to 85th Avenue and 85th Court in
Paradise Park Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-59 setting the date and
time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and
amount of the assessment against each property owner; and
WHEREAS, this hearing was held on June 5, 1990 and no
complaints were heard at public hearing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in
their entirety.
2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and
drainage improvements to 85th Avenue and 85th Court in Paradise
Park Subdivision is approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of
Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Colkitt:
This is to inform you that the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County will hold a public hearing on
June 5, 1990 at 9:05 A.M. in the County Commission Chambers
located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, to
consider the adoption of an authorizing resolution and an
assessment roll for the above stated project.
As this project specifically benefits property owned by you
and described as:
Lots 11, 12, Block N, Paradise Park Subdivision, Unit #1 as
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 63 of the Public Records of
Indian River County.
You will be assessed in accordance with County Ordinance
86-88, a proportionate share of the total cost of the
project. The total estimated cost of the project is
$196,146.89. The preliminary assessment roll is on file
with the Clerk to the Board's office and is open for
inspection during normal business hours (8:30 AM til 5:00
PM) and indicates that YOUR ASSESSMENT WILL BE:
2 PARCEL @ $1,301.86 per PARCEL = $ 2,603.72
