BARTON CLERK CIRCUIT COURT INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA RESOLUTION NO. 90-82 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE KINGS MUSIC LAND SUBDIVISION, LOTS 3 & 4, BLOCK 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. below, and WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida 32960, Grantor, to Alex L. George & Linda S. Ross, their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 312, Fellsmere, Florida 32948, Grantee, as follows: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 3 & 4, Block 5, Kings Music Land Subdivision, Plat Book 6, Page 17, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 3, and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, Block 5, Kings Music Land Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 6, Page 17, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. Wheeler THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner Bird and adopted on the 19th following vote: day of June Commissioner Eggert Commissioner Wheeler Commissioner Bird Commissioner Bowman Commissioner Scurlock Aye Aye Aye Aye Absent , 1990, by The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 19th , day of June , 1990.
