RESOLUTION NO. 90-98
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE KINGS
MUSIC LAND SUBDIVISION, LATS 11 i 12, BLOCK 3,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Indian River County has easement as described below,
and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easement serves no public
purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
Grantor, to Barris S. Reddie, his successors in interest, heirs
and assigns, whose mailing address is 1820 25th Street, Vero Beach,
Florida 33967 Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
interest that it may have in the following described easements:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCED.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
Scurlork , seconded by Commissioner Wheal pr , and
adopted on the 4 day of September , 1990, by the following
vote:

drainage easements of Lots 11 a 12, Block 3,
Kings Music Land Subdivision, Plat Book 6,
Page 17, being the southerly three (3) feet of
Lot 11, and the northerly three ( 3 ) feet of
Lot 12, Block 3, Kings Music Land Subdivision
according to ;the plat thereof as :recorded in
Plat Book 6, Page 17, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida.
