RESOLUTION NO. 90-162 INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS TO 42ND AVENUE FROM 10TH STREET
TO 12TH STREET IN MALALUKA GARDENS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-149 providing for certain
paving and drainage improvements to 42nd Avenue from 10th Street
to 12th Street in Malaluka Gardens Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-153 setting the date and
time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and
amount of the assessment against each property owner; and
WHEREAS, this hearing was held on October 23, 1990 and
no complaints were heard at public hearing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in
their entirety.
2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and
drainage improvements to 42nd Avenue from 10th Street to 12th
Street in Malaluka Gardens Subdivision is approved, pursuant to
Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River
County.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Wheeler who moved its adoption. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Scurlock and, upon being put to
a vote, the vote was as follows:
