Home My WebLink About1990-165RESOLUTION NO. 90-165 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A REVISED PLANNING DIVISION FEE SCHEDULE. WHEREAS, the board of county commissioners has the authority to establish fees pursuant to Chapter 125 F S .-A . ., WHEREAS, the board of county commissioners desires to assess the costs of project reviews to applicants requesting project or permit approval; and WHEREAS, an estimate of the staff time and cost to process these reviews has been prepared. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1) Attachment A, Planning Division Fee Schedule, is hereby adopted. THE RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman, Carolyn K.
