RESOLUTION 90- 190
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TARE NOTICE that the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, will hold a Public
Hearing at 9:05AM on Tuesday, February 12, 1991 in the Commission
Chambers located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida to
discuss the advisability, cost and the amount of the assessments
against each property for construction of a recreation path on the
west side of AlA from the south city limit of Vero Beach to the
south Moorings line (Spyglass Lane).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the same public
hearing, the Board of County Commissioners shall also hear all
interested persons regarding the proposed assessments contained
in the preliminary assessment rolls for the improvements
described above. The preliminary assessment rolls are currently
on file with the Clerk to the Board.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made by
the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this
hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for
such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the foregoing
recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a
vote, the vote was as follows:

Vice -Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye
Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye
Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution passed
and adopted this 18 day of December
1990.
