AGREEMENT
RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FOR THE SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BY THE SAME
METHOD USED FOR THE COLLECTION OF AD VALOREM TAXES
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 22nd day of December^ •
1987, by and between INDIAN RIV5V-COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, FL 32960, (305) 567-8000 (COUNTY), and DAVID NOLTE,
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER, a constitutional
officer of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, FL 32960, (305) 567-8000,
WITNESSETH :
THAT the COUNTY and the PROPERTY APPRAISER agree
as follows:
1 . Pursuant to the requirements of
§197.363(1) (a), Florida Statutes, 1986 Supplement, the
PROPERTY APPRAISER shall assist the COUNTY in the
preparation of a special assessment roll for the Solid, Waste
Disposal District, pursuant to the same procedures used for
the collection of ad valorem taxes; and
2. The COUNTY will reimburse the PROPERTY
APPRAISER for administrative costs incurred.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the proper officials have
executed this agreement on the date set forth next to their
signatures.
