proposal and has

recommendation from the Executive Director of
the Indian River County Housing Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE' BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD DP
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF /ND/AN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that
the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Economic
.,' Uppmrtun/ties Council of Indian River County, Inc. is
authorized to execute the attached Application to the State
of Florida's Department Of Community Affairs for a Community
Services Block Grant Program (����]
