This lease renewal entered into this 16th day of February , 2021, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Nick Pappas & Ember
Pappas "Tenant" do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement dated March 1711, 2020.
The renewal term of the lease is for (6) six months. The term commences on March 1, 2021 and
terminates on September 1, 2021.
The total rent of ($3,600.00) Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars is payable at the rate of
$600.00 per month payable in advance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have executed this renewal agreement to
Lease effective the Commencement Date of March 1, 2021.
