RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of certain sums paid, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, whose address is 1801 27th Street,
Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereby releases that certain Lien for removal of a nuisance
structure recorded against Nicholas J. Liddi in Book 3141, Page 964 as well as that
certain Certificate of Building Official, recorded in Book 3040, Page 1422; and the
following property recited in Resolution No. 2017-124, recorded in Book 3137, Page
1498, all of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida:
Lot 8 and the South 50 feet of Lot 9, Block C of Vero Lake Estates, Unit
A, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 70, of
the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
