In exchange, the SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a Florida political subdivision, hereby covenants and agrees that the School Board of Indian River County, its heirs, successors and assigns, will not mine for any phosphate, metal, mineral, or petroleum on the property described in Exhibit "A". below.
