10, 2010 entered in Indian River County Environmental Control Hearing Board Case
Numbers 465-09, 470-09, and 482-10, and filed in the public records of Indian River County
FL: Book 2379, Page 2180; Book 2393, Page 1716; Book 2412, Page 422; Book 2479,
Page 2166; and Book 2393 Page 1720.
Indian River County partially releases said lien. Satisfaction and release of Lots 3,
(4461 311t Avenue) and Lot 5 (4475 31' Avenue) of Lincoln Park Estates Subdivision,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 88, of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida. Parcel Identification number for lots are
32392700003000000003.0 and 32392700003000000005.0.
The Partial Release of Lien for Environmental Fine was approved by the Board of County
Commissioners on September 21, 2021.
