THIS DEED, made this 27th day of October, 2021, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first part, whose
address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, and Clifford A. Sanders, Jr.,
a single man, whose address is 5800 37th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32966, party of the
second part,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the party of the second part,
its heirs and assigns forever, the following described lands lying and being in Indian
River County, Florida:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by

as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 58, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT the South 30 feet, and the East 5 feet, less the South 30 feet

Being a parcel of land lying in Section 29, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian
River County, Florida, said parcel also being a portion of Lot 10, Block 1, of the plat of
Palm Villas Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 58, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida, said parcel being more particularly described as follows.-

minutes 48 seconds West, along said North line (said line being 60.00 feet North of, as
measured at right angles to the South line of said Section 29), a distance of 50.00 feet;
thence departing said line, North 45 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
53.88 feet; thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds East (along a line that is
42.00 feet West of, as measured at right angles to, the East line of said Section 29) a
distance of 55.84 feet to the North line of said Lot 10, thence North 89 degrees 53
