by Commissioner Waddell and carried, the Board authorized
the transfer of $4931.91 from the Road and Bridge 7th -
cent Cas Tax Fund, which are inactive funds, to the Road
and Bridge Fund of the County to be used exclusively
by the Road and Bridge Department within this County
for the construotion, re -construction, maintenances and
repair of roads and bridges for the lease or purchase
of bridges connecting State roads, the acquisition of
right-of-way for State roads, and the reduction of Road
and Bridge Indebtedness as provided under Section 208.44,
Florida Statutes 1949, and that future distributions
from the State be deposited in the Road and Bridge Fund
to be expended as heretofore outlined„
