BE IT RESOLVED by the Board or County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the said Board does herewith
independently regulate the hours of Salo of alcoholic beverages
within the territory of Indian River County, Florida, not
Included within any municipality as follows, to-wtt:
1- 110 alcoholic bovoragon, that in, all beverages con-
taining more than 1% or alcohol by weight, may be cold, consumed
or served or permitted to be served or consumed in any place
holding a license under the State Beverage Department of Florida
between the hours of midnight and 7:00 of clock A.M. of the fol-
lowing day.
2- NO intoXioating beverages, that is, those liquors,
wines and boors containing more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight,
may be sold, cOnswa0d or served or permitted to be served or con-
sumed in any Place holding a Itconvo under the State Boverago
Department of Florida between 12:00 oiclock midnight Saturday an
Id
7:00 ovelock A.M. Monday.
The above regulation of the houra of sale of alcoholic
beverages within Indian River County borowith adopted boing the
same regulation as that provided by the Beverage Laws of the
State of Florida.
BE IT FMTMR RESOLVEl, that this regulation Shall become
OffOctIvQ November 1, 1950, at 12:01 A.M.
